Contact Information

Software buyers are prohibited from making their contact information publicly available on our website (either directly by posting it in a project posting, or indirectly by linking to it from a project posting). The reason why My Software Project does not like it when software buyers post their contact information in their project postings is because it is unfair to to our paying members (software developers), who pay monthly fees to advertise for you in the hope that you will send them your contact information. So please, refrain from posting your contact information on our website, either directly or indirectly.

Monthly Memberships

Members of our each of our Monthly Memberships: Bronze Membership, Silver Membership, and Gold Membership are entitled to either 10, 20, or 30 tokens (the currency used to purchase advertising space on our website) each month depending on their membership type.

Members of our membership programs agree to pay a monthly membership fee by credit card every month. You may change your membership plan at any time. All memberships require a valid credit card on file for security reasons.

Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

For security reasons your account will only be cancelled if you have submitted a request by phone or cancelled your account from your 'My Account' section online.

Cancellations are immediate upon confirmation and no further credit card charges will be made. Cancelled members have until the end of their current billing cycle to use any unused tokens in their account. At the conclusion of their current billing cycle their account will be closed and all tokens in it permanently lost.

My Software Project grants refunds at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds on any membership charges whatsoever. There are no refunds for partial months of service, even in the case of a cancellation mid-billing cycle.

Payment Policy

In order to protect its affiliate program from possible abuse, My Software Project reserves the right to withhold payment to affiliates that it suspects are abusing its affiliate program (ie: signing up for buyer accounts and creating fake project postings). Affiliates who sign up at the My Software Project website acknowledge that My Software Project is under no legal obligation to compensate them in any way, and that their participation in our affiliate program is at their own risk.

Privacy and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. We will not sell your email address to a third party, although we may send you e-mails containing third party advertisements.

Limitations on Liability

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind on the My Software Project service, web site and site contents. In no event will we be liable to you for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the My Software Project Web site, service and products. By using, visiting or browsing the My Software Project web site or using My Software Project services or products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Furthermore, these terms are subject to change at any time without notice, so you should check back here regularly.
