If you still wish to cancel, you must cancel online for security reasons, as you will be prompted to enter your account password to login and select the appropriate reason for canceling.

You do this by:

1. Logging into your account, and navigating to your account page.
2. Scroll down to My Memberships and click Edit Membership.
3. On the page that opens please click on the link underneath "Thinking about cancelling?" (below the image on the right), and follow the steps.
